I founded Queen City Commercial, LLC. in 2017 after working several years for another commercial real estate company in Charlotte, North Carolina. Aside from a decade of general commercial brokerage experience, I am one of the top land and rezoning brokers in North Carolina with approximately $33,000,000 in land sales closed in 2022. Additional brokerage areas include building dispositions as well as tenant, landlord and buyer representation. My firm has substantial experience across all commercial product types including retail, industrial and office space. Queen City Commercial, LLC is licensed in both North and South Carolina and is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (“CRCBR”) and the National Association of Realtors (“NAR”). As a sole practitioner with over a decade of brokerage experience, QCC is ideally qualified to handle all of your commercial brokerage needs.
I have brokered more than $50,000,000 in commercial sales and leasing volume in the last several years, representing and delivering results for dozens of individuals, family trusts, small businesses and corporations alike. As a sole proprietor, I personally handle all of every brokerage aspect from marketing, offer solicitation, contract negotiation and deal management to ensure successful results for my clients. In many cases, QCC is able to deliver effective and market setting results faster and in a more cost effective manner than other larger firms. Owner/Broker-In-Charge – Shawn P. George:
Shawn has enjoyed calling Charlotte, North Carolina home for the past decade. Before moving to the Queen City, Shawn lived in Los Angeles and was fortunate enough to Co-Execute Produce a television series entitled COAL for SpikeTV & Viacom in association with Original Productions. He attended and graduated from Southern Methodist University and is a proud alumnus of The Lawrenceville School. When not working, Shawn enjoys traveling, reading, fitness, golf and spending time with his family and friends.
